Q. Can anyone play the RioXP Treasure Hunt Game?

A. Yes. Anyone Can Play, but you must be at least eighteen (18) years old to claim any Gift Card or Prize.

Q. Do I need to buy anything in order to play the game?

A. No Purchase Necessary. It's our way of saying "THANK YOU" to YOU and Over 1/4 million RioXP Visitors.

Q. How Do I Play The Game?

A. It’s like an Easter Egg Hunt, but instead of candy… you’ll be looking for Gift Cards and Prizes provided by our wonderful RioXP Business Network Members, Sponsors, and Advertisers.

Q. Where do I look for the prizes?

A. We will hide the prizes throughout our RioXP.com website. Just go to our website and click on some images of familiar and not-so-familiar local businesses and restaurants. Note: You must click on the pictures to win so... click away... night and day!

Q. Will you provide any clues to help me find the Gift Cards & Prizes?

A. Yes, we will provide new clues at: RioXP.com/game every Monday at 8 pm CST until the Gift Card or Prize is found. Once we have a winner, we will post the winner's name below (Last Name Only). Then, we will begin a new game with a new Gift Card or Prize. And we will continue to present new clues every Monday 8 pm CST.

Q. How will I know I have found a prize?

A. A large flashing banner with the word "WINNER" will appear.

Just scroll down and you will be asked to text the winning code:

“ Winner_ _ _ _ ” to (956) 545-3980 (Phone Calls Are Not Valid). The first text we receive with the correct code will be the winner of that prize. ONLY THE FIRST CORRECT TEXT MESSAGE CODE RECEIVED WILL BE THE OFFICIAL WINNER. We will contact the winner by text message on our next business day with "VALIDATION & PRIZE PICK-UP" information.

Q. Can I text the code anytime, day or night?

A. Yes, as soon as you find the code, text it to: (956) 545-3980 to enter your time ASAP and assure that you are the first person to have found the code. We will always choose the first correct text that we receive as the official winner of that Gift Card or Prize.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: THE DECISION OF THE ADMINSITRATOR OF THE GAME CONCERNING THE OFFICIAL WINNER OF EACH GIFT CARD OR PRIZE SHALL BE FINAL AND WILL BE BASED SOLEY ON THE EXACT TIME THAT THE FIRST CORRECT TEXT MESSAGE CODE IS RECIEVED. ONLY THE FIRST CORRECT CODE RECEIVED WILL BE THE OFFICIAL WINNER. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PHONE, TECHNICAL, OR HUMAN ERRORS.

2. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: THE GIFT CARDS AND/OR PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

3. RELEASE: EACH GAME PARTICIPANT RELEASES THE ADMINSITRATOR OF THE GAME, SPONSORS, AFFILIATES, MEMBERS, AND SUBSIDIARIES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY.

4. ELIGIBILITY AND CLAIM-TIME LIMIT: YOU MUST BE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD TO CLAIM ANY GIFT CARD OR PRIZE AND ALL GIFT CARDS AND/OR PRIZES MUST BE CLAIMED WITHIN FIFTEEN (15) DAYS OF WINNING.

5. DATE OF THE GAME: THE RIOXP TREASURE HUNT GAME BEGINS JANUARY 8, 2018 AT 8PM CST AND ENDS WHEN ALL OF OUR GIFT CARDS AND PRIZES HAVE BEEN DEPLETED.
